“I recently took my vehicle into NW Window Tinting to have all my windows (minus the windshield) tinted. Their staff was super friendly from the beginning when I called to schedule my appointment all the way until they finished doing an amazing job. I received a text message from an actual employee the day before my appointment to confirm my appointment. This was a nice added touch instead of receiving a default text from a robot asking me to confirm, cancel, or reschedule. It made the experience more personable before I even arrived.

When I arrived the morning of my appointment the front office was busy but, we were all helped immediately and the female (I can’t remember her name, sorry!) who was at the front office was very friendly and immediately answered all questions anyone had. She was awesome at multitasking and also very friendly!

I was told my vehicle would be finished within 2–3 hours. Seeing how busy they were I figured it would be closer to the 3 hour mark, possibly longer. They finished the job in only 2 hours.

When I arrived to pick up my car, the female in the front office remembered who I was and already had my car keys, care instructions, and invoice in hand before I walked in the front door. She was so sweet and immediately asked, ‘how does it look, do you like it?!’ Obviously excited because she knew it looked amazing and I agree!

Their prices are very reasonable, they got me in on the day and at the time that worked best for me, they were quick to get the job done and, they did an amazing job! I will absolutely be coming back here to have my windshield tinted in the near future as well as refer them to anyone and everyone who is looking for their windows to be done.

The experience I had was more than just me taking my car in to have a job done. It was welcoming and friendly from beginning to end which I have found is hard to come by these days. NW Window Tinting and their staff is awesome and I highly recommend taking your vehicle here.
