What exactly do I get?
Two separate full-car window tint vouchers for your vehicle class and film, each worth that combination's full price (for example $392.00 for a sedan in Standard). One is labelled purchased and one complimentary. Each has its own unique code and QR code and can be redeemed exactly once, at either NW Window Tinting location in Vancouver, WA.
Can I give the second voucher to someone else?
Yes. Vouchers are transferable. Forward the voucher link or email to whoever is bringing the car in; whoever presents the code at drop-off redeems it.
Which vehicle class should I pick, and what if the second car is different?
Pick the class that matches the car you are buying for: coupe, sedan, SUV or crossover (a Tesla Model Y is an SUV), pickup by cab size, or van. Both vouchers are issued for that class. If the second vehicle is in a larger class, the difference is paid at the shop before work starts; a smaller vehicle is simply covered.
Which film should I pick?
Standard (Autobahn Black) is our everyday film with the classic black look. Entry Level Ceramic (Black Ceramic) adds ceramic heat rejection at a mid-range price. Top Tier Ceramic (i3+) is the flagship with our best heat and infrared rejection. The deal applies to all three; the price simply follows the film and the vehicle. You can also use a voucher toward a higher tier at the shop and pay the difference.
Which vehicles and film does a voucher cover?
One full-car window tint on the vehicle class and in the film you picked. Stepping up to a larger vehicle class or a higher film tier, and removal of old tint, are quoted at the shop and paid separately before any work starts.
Do the vouchers expire?
No. Neither voucher has an expiration date. The valid-through date, if any, is always printed on the voucher itself.
How do I redeem at the shop?
Book an appointment first (online or by text/phone), then show the QR code or read out the voucher code at drop-off. Staff scan or type it, the voucher is marked as used, and that is it. Lost the email? The shop can look your vouchers up by name or email.
Is the payment secure? What if something goes wrong?
Payment is processed by Square; your card details go straight to Square and never touch our servers. Vouchers are issued only after Square confirms the charge. If a payment is interrupted, retrying is safe: the same checkout can never be charged twice.
Refunds: an unused voucher pair can be refunded by contacting the shop. Refunding a purchase voids both vouchers.
